Kimberly Brancato

Kim is a Partner at Feagans Law Group, P.C., and is primarily engaged with complex personal injury cases involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death as a result of medical negligence, birth trauma, automobile/trucking accidents, slip-and-fall, construction injuries, dog bites and defective products.

As an injury attorney, Kim is a successful trial lawyer having secured many six- and seven-figure recoveries for her clients through jury trials, arbitration, mediation and settlement. Kim’s success is a product of her tireless devotion to her clients and their families. She understands the emotional, physical and financial toll a catastrophic injury can have – not only on the injured client, but on their families, as well. Utilizing the “concierge”-level approach to representing clients, Kim not only helps clients navigate the intricate systems for liability insurance and the civil court, but ensures that clients and their families have access to all the necessary resources available in such areas as healthcare, social services, lending and financial planning. Kim has experience practicing complex personal injury cases nationwide, but has the contacts, resources and knowledge necessary to achieve results locally for clients in the Fox Valley and Illinois.

Kim is a member of the American Association of Justice (AAJ), Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA), Kane County Bar Association (KCBA), Illinois Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA), and Women’s Bar Association of Illinois (WBAI). Kim has been recognized as a Super Lawyers’ Rising Star from 2017 to the present. Kim is also on the Young Professionals Board of BrainUp.
Kim was raised in Schaumburg, Illinois. She received her Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Philosophy from Illinois State University and her law degree from DePaul University College of Law.

When Kim is not Guiding Your Path to Justice, she enjoys playing golf, tennis, doing arts & crafts, and spending time with her dog, Birdie!
