Olivia Saucedo is an experienced Senior Paralegal with over a decade of experience in class action law, collection law, subrogation, personal injury, family law, and immigration.

She has successfully managed complex, high-volume caseloads across multiple jurisdictions, providing critical and strategic legal support from case inception through trial. Olivia has worked with leading law firms across Illinois and alongside attorneys who have been recognized as Top Lawyers in Illinois.

Fluent in Spanish and certified in both Mediation Skills and Paralegal Studies, Olivia is known for her meticulous attention to detail, strong client communication, and ability to streamline legal processes efficiently. She is proficient in legal research tools like Westlaw, Lexis, and PACER. Whether preparing pleadings, coordinating discovery, or preparing for trial, Olivia brings dedication and professionalism to every case. Her goal in every case is to provide meaningful support to both attorneys and clients, with the hope that her work contributes to better outcomes and, ultimately, better lives for those she serves.  

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Paralegal Studies from Dominican University, Paralegal Certifications from Harper College, and is a commissioned Illinois Notary Public.  

Outside of her legal career, Olivia enjoys traveling with her husband and being a girl mom to their three daughters. A big fan of Disney, she loves planning family trips to the parks and making magical memories together.
