Michelle is a graduate of University of Iowa and holds degrees in Communications and English. She is an avid learner and continues to develop her skills in team management, leadership, and strategies for office efficiency. She is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and implementing best practices that drive productivity and client satisfaction. Her detail-oriented approach and analytical skills enable the firm to utilize optimized workflows and improve service delivery, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of care and support throughout their legal journey.
